We know you will love your Fresh Beauty Australia products, however in the event that any items are faulty or trigger an allergic reaction, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your item.

To exchange/return your order, please contact info.freshbeautyaustralia@gmail.com with your order number, requesting an exchange or refund. 

Return postage costs are not covered by Fresh Beauty Australia. We highly recommend sending your return with tracking information to ensure we receive your item, and are not liable for returns lost in transit.

NOTE: There are NO returns on opened FreshBlade Razors & FreshLashes items due to COVID-19/hygiene purposes. 

  1. Faulty Item
    If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us at info.freshbeautyaustralia@gmail.com with a photo & detailed description of the product fault within 7 days. Faulty item will be replaced free of charge.

    Please do not dispose of the item until we have had a chance to chat with you and if return shipment is required!

  2. Allergy Return
    In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction (occurs within 24hours of use) to a skin care product, please discontinue use of the product immediately, take a photo of the reaction with the product held next to your skin and email info.freshbeautyaustralia@gmail.com (include order number, image of reaction with product and full details).

    Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.

    Once approved, a full refund or exchange will be issued.
